At Zenith we offer a full, comprehensive 10-year guarantee on all of our products. Part of the My House Group and one of the largest companies in the UK’s double glazing industry; you can rest assured that it’s one you can depend on. It covers both parts and labour, so should anything go wrong, you won’t need to worry. Just give us a call and we’ll come straight out to replace or fix it.
The great thing about our 10-year guarantee is that it’s also transferable should you decide to sell your property before your 10 years is up. The new home owner can re-register with us and will then benefit from the remainder of your guarantee period, making our uPVC range of home improvements a great investment, even if you’re looking to sell in the not too distant future.
But if that’s not enough for you, we also offer an additional optional low cost CareFree plan. This plan incorporates our repair and replacement service agreement and reinforces our absolute complete confidence in the long-term performance of our products
Care Free Plan
Unexpected damage can happen any time and can often be very expensive and inconvenient, so why take the risk? Our Care Free service plan is an insurance backed cover of our warranty from the Glass and Glazing Federation Insurance.
The plan covers virtually any damage to our products – such as fire, storms or any accidental damage. There are no limits to the number of repairs you have carried out; no quotes for repairs required and no excess to pay (like traditional home insurance policies) and will always be only a phone call away.
